Before our call I review your intake form and discuss your brand, goals, and website. We’ll clarify the expected deliverables, review what you’ve already prepared, and check for any missing information that will help us come to a clear agreement and ensure a smooth process.
Before we begin, we finalize all agreements regarding timelines, deliverables, expectations, payments, file sharing, permissions, passwords, and any necessary copyright documents. We also clarify any missing information or files needed to start the project. To secure the project, 50% of the project fee is charged upfront. The remaining 25% is due mid-project, and the final 25% is due upon project completion.
All project files and important data are delivered via a shared drive. Sensitive information, such as passwords or contact lists for email marketing, is stored in encrypted files for extra protection. During the project, photos, main texts, service overviews, and agreements are stored in a single organized folder. Once the project is complete, these files are deleted unless ongoing work is arranged under a new agreement, in which case the necessary details are securely stored.

We create a clear website structure, outlining where each piece of information will go. This is the phase to review, suggest edits, or make structural changes. Once the structure is approved, we proceed with adding all the details and content. During this phase, 25% of the outstanding project payment is due.
Feedback from the previous phase is incorporated, followed by one final website revision. Marketing integrations (when applicable) and any last updates are completed during this stage. Minor adjustments to text, links, or other details are made to ensure everything meets your expectations before the site goes live.

Once everything has been tested and approved, your website goes live—and we celebrate! We also discuss additional tips and strategies for post-launch promotion to help ensure your ongoing success. The project is officially closed, and the remaining payment is fulfilled. Website projects can take 3–8 weeks, depending on how much content is ready, the project’s scope, and how quickly feedback is provided.

I design custom websites for medium-sized businesses, experiences and personal brands. Each site is tailored to your goals, audience, and aesthetic.
Security information that is shared is stored in encrypted documents offline. Reducing risk and protecting valuable information. All photographs delivered are stored on a shared drive. These photographs need to be yours or you need to have copyright to enable these images to be used on your website. Any additional photos that may be needed can be photographed, obtained through stock imagery or photographers.
Most of our designs are curated by me. While some of the software I use includes AI features to streamline the workflow, it functions purely as a supportive tool—not the core of the creative process.
Pricing varies depending on project size and deliverables. I offer package options (website only, portrait session only, or combined branding bundles) and can provide a custom quote after a short consultation.
