My background in hospitality taught me that experience starts long before someone buys. Working at experience-led places including Little V in Rotterdam and W Hotels in Amsterdam showed me how small details can shape how people feel, what they remember, and contribute to whether they return.

I took that thinking from offline experience into online brand experience — combining it with training in branding and UI/UX design. Today, I help health-centred coaches, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs turn what makes them different into a brand experience that is clear, compelling, and unmistakably theirs.
